Refund Policy

Since our services involve time, expertise, and personalized guidance, we follow a strict no-refund policy. 1. No Refund on Services All payments made for the following are non-refundable: 🔘 Vaastu Consultations 🔘 Child Focus & Health Reset Program 🔘 Home Energy Scans 🔘 Hypnosis or Pranik Healing sessions 🔘 Webinars, workshops, or digital products 🔘 Premium or in-person consultations Once a session, consultation, or program is booked, the fee cannot be refunded under any circumstances. 2. No Refund for Improper Implementation Recommendations such as placement changes, colour adjustments, room setups, or energy remedies must be implemented by the client. ClaairMonk is not responsible for: 🔘 Incorrect or incomplete implementation 🔘 Delays caused by the client 🔘 Lack of results due to non-implementation 🔘 No refund will be provided for such cases. 3. Program & Session Non-Transferability Purchased programs or consultations cannot be transferred to another person. Sessions cannot be exchanged for another service. 4. Rescheduling Policy Sessions can be rescheduled with minimum 24 hours' notice. No-shows or last-minute cancellations will be counted as a completed session. No refund or compensation will be provided for missed sessions. 5. No Guarantee of Results Energy-based and Vaastu-based guidance depends on many external and personal factors. Therefore, ClaairMonk does not guarantee: 🔘 Academic improvement 🔘 Health recovery 🔘 Emotional or behavioural changes 🔘 Financial or relationship outcomes No refunds will be issued on the basis of “results not achieved.” 6. Errors in Shared Information If the client provides incorrect: 🔘 House layout / map 🔘 Photos or videos 🔘 Room colours 🔘 Personal details 🔘 ClaairMonk is not liable for inaccurate outcomes. No refunds will be given for consultations based on incorrect or incomplete information. 7. Digital Products All digital products (PDFs, checklists, guides, recordings) are final sale and non-refundable. 8.
